Description

Dopamine Hydrochloride is an inotropic vasopressor agent. Its chemical name is 3, 4 dihydroxyphenethylamine hydrochloride. It is a clear, colouless, aqueous, additive solution for intravenous infusion after dilution. Each ml contains 40mg of Dopamine Hydrochloride (equivalent to 32. 3mg of Dopamine base) in water for injection, containing sodium metabisulphite 1% as a preservative.
