His is a set of 6 instruments used for the bone grafting procedure. It has a spoon-shaped bone carrier with a calibrated tapering plugger to assess the depth of the socket and to work inside the socket, a bone mixing spatula that is also used for holding the mixture, and 4 Grisdale double-pluggers of diameters 2-2. 5, 2. 5-3, 3-3. 5, 3. 5-4mm. These are used to compress the bone in the socket.
