Initially focused on producing medicines and vaccines for animal health, the company now boasts a diverse portfolio primarily in human therapeutics. The human therapeutics division offers more than 600 products encompassing a wide range of sterile and non-sterile dosage forms, including tablets and capsules; injectables such as small and large volume parenterals (SVPs and LVPs); sterile powders for injections including cephalosporins; dry powders and liquid syrups; lyophilized powders; ampoules; infusions; as well as topical forms like creams, ointments, lotions, and gels.

In the animal health division, Bio-Labs manufactures over 200 products, specializing in antibiotics (both water-soluble powders and liquids), diuretics, multivitamins, immunity enhancers, feed premixes, bronchodilators, anticoccidials, and disinfectants for poultry. For livestock, products include injectable antibiotics, NSAIDs, antiparasitic and anthelmintic agents, feed premixes, oral antidiarrheals, and anti-bloat medications.
